CJ19 series AC contactor for switching shuntcapacitor (hereinafter call-contactor)is mainlyused in the system of Ac 50 or 60Hz, rated voltageup to 380V, for switching on/off shunt capacitor inthe low voltage reactive compensating bank.lf thecontactor with surge restrained device,it caneffectively prevent surging current when closingand over voltage during opening.

Structure

The contactor is of direct-action double breakstructure, the contact system consists of upper anddownward layout, upper part has 3pairs of contactsand current limiting resistance what become surgerestrained device,when closing current limitingcontacts will make several milliseconds at firstly, thenworking contact is made closed later, current limitingcontact will be released under the action ofeverlasting magnet and spring,current limitingresistance is switched off, capacitor then operatenormally, inner wiring diagram as Drawing 4CJ19 25~43contactor has 2pairs ofauxiliarycontacts,CJ19 63~95 contactors have 3 pairs ofauxiliary contacts,the terminals have providedinsulating cover for safety, coil terminals have beenmarked clearly.CJ19 25~43 can be mounted byscrew or by 35mm railway, a dismount able squareblank card in coveris provided for spare whenrequired to print something as user. CJ19 63~95 canbe mounted on 35 or 75 mm railway.

Ambient temperature:-5℃~40 ℃, daily average over 35 ℃Altitude not more than 2000m;

Ambient conditions: relative humidity not more than 50% at 40, if lowertemperature humidity can be higher, on the month when maxi averagehumidity occurs the temperature shall be not more than 25 ℃ , on this monththe maxi average humidity shall not more than 90%, and there hasconsidered the mist covering the productPolluted class: 3 grade
